The Yorkshire and Humber Warning, Advice and Reporting Point (YHWARP) is a trusted regional network that helps public sector organisations stay informed and resilient against cyber threats.
YHWARP brings together councils, emergency services, health partners, universities, and other public bodies to share advice, best practice, and early warnings about cyber security issues in a safe and supportive environment.
As part of our work, we run a range of cyber programmes, wargames, and task-and-finish projects that help members strengthen their defences, test their readiness, and learn from real-world scenarios. These activities encourage collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement across the region.
Supported by the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC), YHWARP is part of a UK-wide community of WARPs working together to protect public services and the communities they serve.
